{"id":165,"date":"2020-06-09T19:18:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-09T17:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sanda-nd.eu\/?p=165"},"modified":"2024-07-11T11:25:24","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T09:25:24","slug":"n_tof-collaboration-meeting-and-collaboration-board-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.sanda-nd.eu\/index.php\/2020\/06\/09\/n_tof-collaboration-meeting-and-collaboration-board-online\/","title":{"rendered":"n_TOF Collaboration Meeting and Collaboration Board Online"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The n_TOF had foreseen a Collaboration Meeting and Collaboration Board meeting for june 2020, but due to the COVID-19 crisis it was not possible to organize as a face to face meeting and it was organized as an online meeting.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to obtain the agenda and presentations of the meeting from the CERN indico pages for these events (however you might need to have a CERN computer account to access to this information):<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/indico.cern.ch\/event\/920196\/\">Collaboration Meeting 9-11 of June<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/indico.cern.ch\/event\/926708\/\">Collaboration Board meeting 12 of June<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This meeting is particularly relevant to SANDA because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Several experiments of SANDA are to be performed in the upgraded n_TOF facilities at CERN. In this n_TOF meeting there were several presentations on the general activities at CERN, the general plans for beam availability at CERN and at n_TOF, and the progress on the fabrication and tests of the new n_TOF spallation target and the update of the two n_TOF experimental areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Many partners of SANDA are members of the n_TOF collaboration and provided information of the progress of their activities with implications in both SANDA and n_TOF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The n_TOF had foreseen a Collaboration Meeting and Collaboration Board meeting for june 2020, but due to the COVID-19 crisis it was not possible to organize as a face to face meeting and it was organized as an online meeting.
